Acacia Park development branding
Barratt Eastern Counties is our longest standing property client. We have been responsible for the design for many of their developments over the past eight years.
The sales and marketing team at Barratt Eastern Counties commissioned us to work on a high-end development of houses and apartments in Basildon’s Gloucester Park.
Our involvement in previous projects in the area, including the regeneration of Basildon Town Centre, meant we already had a thorough understanding of the challenges involved in creating a brand for a site in this location.
The development is set in parkland around a lake, close to the town centre. The marketing needed to reflect the quality of the location and the homes that were being built there. We were briefed to create a brand name and identity and subsequently designed and wrote copy for a brochure, including CGIs, technical plans, photography and copy.
The brand was rolled out across a range of other items including signage, press advertisements, direct mail and online.
The Acacia Park name and brand have been well received. Its simple, yet elegant, style has been extremely effective. The development had a successful launch in January 2012.
