Residential property development branding

Following a competitive pitch, we were appointed by Notting Hill Housing to create a marketing campaign for a new residential development of nine family houses in Ealing, West London.

Our brief was to create a residential property brand with a luxury feel that would appeal to home buyers at the upper limit of the government’s Shared Ownership criteria.

Our campaign focused on the exclusivity of the Humes Avenue development. Our designs featured the number nine throughout and a striking colour palette.

We designed a development brochure, press ads, a direct mail campaign, a launch invitation, an email campaign and 6 sheet posters that appeared at the local tube station.

The launch weekend was a huge success, with over 70% of visitors expressing an interest in purchasing one of the nine houses available.
